If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for 100% Full refund or an exchange. It's that simple! Our Return Process Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Wonder Jewelers), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Wonder Jewelers return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. How to Prepare a Return To return a diamond or jewelry item to Wonder Jewelers, follow our three step process: - Your Return Authorization Code. Call 800.397.1926 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Wonder Jewelers anywhere on the outside of the box.
- Package Return. Once you have contacted customer service you will be emailed a FedEx or UPS return label. This label will insure the item for its full value, track the package at all time, and reach our office in a timely manner. Please ensure that you seal the package and type the return label securely.
- After all 3 stages have been completed, you can drop off the package at a staffed FedEx and/or UPS facility. DO NOT USE AN UNSTAFFED DROP BOX!
