  1. How is my order shipped?
    All items ordered within the U.S. are shipped via Ground Delivery or via Air if chosen.

     

  2. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We accept postal money orders and cashier checks as well. Business and personal checks are also accepted, but it takes a little bit more time to deliver the products since we will only ship your item after your checks are cleared. We also accept bank wire, Western Union and Paypal.

     

  3. What if I don't have a credit card?
    No credit card? No problem! Please contact a Friendly Customer Service Representative in order to place your order and obtain specific instructions on where you may send your check or money order. Call us at: 800.397.1926.

     

  4. Will my credit card information be secure?
    You may rest assured; you are visiting a secure site. All information submitted will be contained private and will not be released or sold.

     

  5. If I place an order today, when should I expect it to arrive?
    Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 10 business days thereafter. ( Hawaii and Alaska shipping charges are additional and will be calculated once order is placed ).

     

  6. I already placed my order, what is the status?
    Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. You will receive a Tracking link in your email to so you can track your package. If you did not provide an email address on your order please contact a Customer Service Representative and have the following information ready: Your Order ID# as well as First and Last name of the order.

     

  7. Can I ship my order to another address other than my billing address provided?
    Yes, you will have the opportunity to add a different shipping address if desired however the order might be delayed to do credit card address verification. All packages will require a signature in order to insure proper delivery.

     

  8. What will this order look like on my credit card statement?
    Your order from us will be billed by Wonder Jewelers Inc.. If you have any questions when you get your bill, feel free to contact us.

     

  9. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
    All orders are processed from start to finish via our secure servers verified by 128 bit encryption. Any data submitted is encrypted, using SSL technology. We protect all customer data against unauthorized access. We use secure technology, privacy protection controls and restrictions on employee access, to safeguard your personal information. Your information is safe and secure!

     

  10. How do I check the status of my order?
    After placing your order successfully, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will contain instructions on how to check your order status. You may also contact us directly with any questions.

     

  11. Are all your ring styles listed online?
    As manufacturers, we have many items not available online. If you can't find a particular style, please contact us and we'll help locate the exact style and e-mail a picture for your review.

     

  12. Can you customize a product?
    We manufacture all items listed on our site at our facility in Los Angeles, California. Many of our items are customizable. Please call us for details.

     

  13. Do you charge sales tax?
    Sales tax will be charged for orders within the state of California.

     

  14. Can you laser inscribe a stone for me?
    If you find a diamond you'd like to purchase but it does not have a laser inscription, Wonder Jewelers can help you send the diamond to GIA or AGS to have the stone inscribed with a personal message or the certificate number.

     

  15. When I purchase a diamond and ring setting, will the diamond be set into the ring?
    When you receive the final product, it will arrive beautifully packaged in a teakwood ring box ready for presentation.

     

  16. Is it safe to buy a diamond online?
    Yes. Wonder Jeweler uses the latest data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of your information. Therefore, ordering a diamond from Wonder Jeweler is safe and secure shopping experience.

     

  17. What is your return policy?
    Wonder Jewelers offers a 30-days money back guarantee. Please view our Returns Policy for more information.

     

  18. Do you provide appraisals?
    Wonder Jewelers recommends having appraisals performed by a jeweler in your area after you've made your purchase. This will allow you the opportunity to thoroughly examine your purchase with the assistance of a professional. However, upon request, Wonder Jewelers will provide an independent appraisal from American Gemological Appraisals for a $40 flat fee.

     

  19. Do you ship internationally?
    We are willing to ship to Canada for a fee of $85. Wonder Jewelers does not charge sales tax on Canadian orders, however please consult your local customs agency to determine any applicable duties and taxes for your country.

     

    In addition, Wonder Jewelers is proud to serve our international customers. Orders to countries outside of North America must have an item total of $1000 or higher. All prices and transaction amounts listed on this site are in US dollars. Orders to countries outside of North America cannot be placed through our online shopping cart.
